I loved the modern and stylish interior of the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable. The location right in the centre was convenient for exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with spotless bathrooms and attentive service. The breakfast selection is varied and delicious, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The spa is a relaxing haven, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The restaurant serves mouthwatering dishes, with the cold beet soup being a particular standout. The hotel also offers private tours, adding an extra touch of luxury to your stay.

There can be occasional noise disturbances due to special events held at the hotel.

The hotel’s service was impeccable, and the staff made our experience unforgettable. We were pampered with luxurious amenities, including spa treatments, massages, and a relaxing sauna. Our room was spacious and had exclusive facilities, and the restaurant’s quality cuisine was top-notch. The bar area was vibrant and cozy, and the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city's historic surroundings.

The only minor issue was the lack of lighting in the room, which made it difficult to see ourselves in the mirror. However, this was a tiny inconvenience that did not detract from our overall experience at this venue.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was the location. Being situated in a bustling area, some noise could be heard during the night, which may disturb light sleepers.

I had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel.

One small downside was the noise from special occasions like wedding parties that could be a bit disruptive, especially for light sleepers. However, the reception staff was understanding and took steps to rectify the situation the next day.
